Treasure Hunt!!!

In the last week of May (2011), we decided to organise an event which could in some way, make the employees to get off there cozy chair and to explore hidden places in the Ness tower campus.

The event was "TREASURE HUNT".

This event required lots of pre-planning and the fun committe team did an excelent job to make the participants, to do there best. The participation was huge (just like the last event), and eleven teams (4 members each) participated.
The entire Ness tower witnesed the rush of these 11 teams. As soon as the green flags were waved, these teams started to use every inch of there muscle to get to the next clues.

Almost every team was able to reach the final destination, but only the first team to reach final check point was awarded with the prize. This time the winners were Kamal, Venkat, Janardhan and Archit.
There were few controversies which led to a huge post event discussion, but i guess it was well expected, after-all it was the matter of "TREASURE".

Ethinic Day & Fashion Show

Bang!!!! We started with a blast-tastic event.....
All the people were asked to come in there ethinic atire. The participation was tremendous. The edc looked as if celebrating its own version of diwali/or/onam/or/cristmas/or/etc.

There were two categories of awards. The first one was people choice award, where the entire edc voted for the best male & female. This was followed by a fashion show. The participation was tremendous. People were walking down the ile with full enthu. We had judges to judge the ramp walk of the employees.

This was followed by Bday celebration, where the aprilites were honoured with the cake cutting cerimony.
All in all, a huge success and all credit to the team. 

Team!!!

At Ness, we have lots of people who are really enthu about participating and organising events specially which involves "FUN".
We at Flexera (EDC under Ness) have come up with the idea of organising monthly event, which could (in some way) rejuvinate the spirits of the employees. The organising committee have few young and energetic employees from Flexera, which put it there best efforts to make these monthly events successfull.
Hope the committe do there best in making flexera a fun place to work in.
